The Barn is in Cess, which is a small place near Martham in Norfolk. It's a single-storey converted barn, so it's all on one level apart from the mezzanine bedroom. It's detached and you've got your own garden. It's enclosed, which is good if you have a dog.
It sleeps three. There's one proper bedroom up on the mezzanine, with a double bed. Downstairs, the sofa turns into a single bed if you need it. There's one bathroom on the ground floor, which has both a bath and a shower.

The coast is about a fifteen minute drive. Winterton-on-Sea beach is good, and parts of it are dog friendly. You can sometimes see seals there. Great Yarmouth is further, maybe twenty-five minutes. That's for the classic seaside experience, with amusements and a long beach.
