Capri Cottage
Capri Cottage is a semi-detached house in Winterton. It's on a quiet street, about a 15 minute walk from the beach. The garden is fully enclosed, with a patio, a bit of lawn, and a summerhouse. There's a covered seating area with a chimnea for cooler evenings.
It sleeps five, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom and a separate toilet upstairs. It has a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped.
The main thing to know is the stairs. They are steep and winding. It's an old house. You'll need to be careful.
It has two wood burners, one in the living room and one in the dining room. They are the main source of heating, so you'll need to use them in the colder months. We supply a basket of logs to get you started.
The village shop and the pub, The Fishermans Return, are a few minutes' walk away. The shop has essentials. The pub does food. The beach is lovely, with big dunes. It's dog friendly all year.
You're well placed for the north Norfolk coast. Great Yarmouth is about seven miles south. Horsey Gap, where you can see the seals, is a ten minute drive. For a bigger day out, Norwich is roughly 45 minutes by car.
Included in the price: all bedding, towels, electricity, and Wi-Fi. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, cot, highchair, and stairgate. Parking is on the driveway for one car. No pets, sorry.
