Metfield
Metfield is in California, near Waxham. It's a bungalow, so everything's on one level. The main room is open plan, with the kitchen, dining, and sitting area all together. There's a big island in the kitchen. The windows look out over the fields.
It sleeps eight, in four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one is an ensuite to the main bedroom. Both have walk-in showers. The ensuite has a rainfall showerhead. The family bathroom has a bath as well.
The garden is lawned. It's still quite new, so it's open to the surrounding field. It's a good space for kids to run around.
The beach is about a five-minute walk. It's a proper sandy beach, good for families. You can walk along to Horsey Gap to see the seals. The local pub is about the same distance, a few hundred yards up the lane. They do food.
You're a short drive from several holiday parks if you fancy using their pools or entertainment. Day passes are available.
Within half an hour you can be in Winterton-on-Sea, or down to Great Yarmouth for the amusements. Horsey Windpump is a good National Trust spot for a walk. National Trust Horsey Windpump. The Broads are easily accessible from here too, for boat trips or walks.
Facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot. Parking for a couple of cars right outside. You can bring up to three dogs.
