Painter's Cottage
This is Painter's Cottage in Hemsby. It's an end-of-terrace two-up two-down. Sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a walk-in shower.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well-equipped and comfortable. It's not huge, but it's tidy and it works.
The garden is enclosed, which is handy. You can sit out there. There's parking right outside.
The beach is about a mile away. Hemsby beach is sandy and long. It's that classic Norfolk coast. If you want to see seals, Horsey Beach is a drive up the coast, especially in winter.
There's a pub about 150 yards from the door. It does food. The village has a couple of shops for basics.
You're right on the edge of the Norfolk Broads. Wroxham, which is where a lot of the boat hire is, is a short drive. Great Yarmouth is about eight miles if you want the amusements and the sea life centre.
Norwich is about twenty miles. Good for a day of shopping or seeing the cathedral.
Inside, you've got the usual: a washing machine, TV, wifi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. There's a stairgate at the top.
