Harley's Beach House
This is Harley's Beach House in California, near Scratby. It's a chalet on a holiday park. Single level, so no stairs to worry about.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin. One bathroom with a shower. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and it works, but it's not fancy. You can bring two dogs.
The main thing is the location. It's a quiet park. You can walk to the beach in about fifteen minutes, maybe twenty. It's a proper sandy beach, good for dogs and kids. There are a couple of other beaches nearby too.
On the park itself there's a Clubhouse. They do food and sometimes have entertainment in the summer. Just outside the park there's a pub that does food, a cafe, a chip shop, and a small arcade. All within a few minutes' walk.
Great Yarmouth is about ten minutes in the car. It has everything you'd expect from a seaside town: a long beach, amusement arcades, piers, funfairs, Sea Life, crazy golf. It's busy there in season. Good if you want that.
The chalet has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Outside there's a bench to sit on. There's a retractable fence by the door, which is useful if you have dogs or small children and want to let some air in. The park has some big shared lawn areas as well. You can park right outside.
Facilities are what you'd need: TV, washing machine, bedding is included. There's on-site parking.
