The Terrace
The Terrace is our place in Great Yarmouth. It's a terraced house, right in the town. You get the whole house to yourselves. It was renovated a couple of years ago, so everything's fairly fresh and works as it should.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, two shower rooms. One of the bathrooms is on the ground floor. The stairs are normal, not a spiral or anything, but they are a bit steeper than in a new house. That's just how it was built.
It's about five minutes' walk to the seafront. The beach is sandy and very long. There's all the usual stuff there: amusements, the Sea Life Centre, a pier, donkey rides. They do fireworks on the beach on summer Wednesdays. The high street is also close by for shops.
If you want to explore, the Norfolk Broads are about twenty minutes' drive away. You can get boat trips from there. Broads Authority has maps and information. Norwich is half an hour's drive for proper shopping and the cathedral. Norwich Cathedral is worth a look.
At the house, there's a proper enclosed garden out the back. It's got a patio and a BBQ. Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can put out a cot and highchair if you need them. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
