Mulberry Tree Cottage is on a holiday park in Norfolk, near the Roman fort at Burgh Castle. It's a bungalow, one of a row in a horseshoe shape, so it's all on one level. The front has a lawn, and at the back there's a seating area that looks out over fields with horses.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating and has been refurbished recently. You can bring up to three dogs.
The park itself has a pub, a heated outdoor pool, and a children's play area. For beaches, Gorleston-on-Sea is about three miles away and has a good sandy beach. Great Yarmouth, for the traditional seaside stuff, is a bit further.
The main point here is the history right on the doorstep. The holiday park is next to Burgh Castle, which is the Roman fort site. It's a proper ruin you can walk around, with big views over Breydon Water. It's managed by English Heritage. There's also the Norfolk Broads a short drive away for boats and walking.
In terms of facilities, it's got what you'd expect. WiFi, TV, parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it.
