Harbour View Villa
Harbour View Villa is on the main street opposite the harbour in Gorleston. It's a town house, so three floors. The living room is on the first floor and has Juliet balcony doors that look straight out over the harbour. You do get a proper view.
The cottage sleeps four in three bedrooms, with one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating, so it's well equipped. It's modern and light inside.
There's a small enclosed garden at the back with a table and chairs. Parking is on site.
You’re about ten minutes' walk from the beach. It’s a really good sandy beach, wide and curving. It's dog friendly and has a promenade for walks. There's a park run there on weekends too.
The local pub and a few restaurants are a few hundred yards away. Shops are a bit further, maybe a fifteen minute walk. Gorleston itself is quiet compared to Great Yarmouth, which is a ten minute drive up the coast if you want arcades and that sort of thing.
For a day out, the Norfolk Broads are about half an hour's drive. You can hire boats there. Norwich is around forty minutes away for shopping or the castle. Closer to home, you can sometimes borrow golf clubs for the local course.
The house has things like WiFi, a TV, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are provided. You can bring one dog. We also have a cot and highchair if needed.
