The lodge is called Azure Retreats. It's in Corton, Suffolk. It's a modern, detached lodge in a quiet spot with trees. The windows look out to sea.
It sleeps four in two double bedrooms. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower. The other bedroom shares a family bathroom that has a bath. Both bathrooms are Jack and Jill style, so they have doors to the bedrooms and the hallway. It's a four star place, so it's well kitted out.
Inside it's open plan: lounge, kitchen, and dining area all together. There's a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. All the bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
Outside there's a private deck. You can sit out there with a drink and look at the sea view. There's parking right next to the lodge.
You can walk to the beach from here. Lowestoft is a few minutes' drive south if you need a big supermarket or more shops. To the north, Southwold is about fifteen minutes away. It's got the pier, beach huts, and the Adnams brewery. Aldeburgh is a bit further, maybe forty minutes. The fish and chip shop there is good but there's often a queue.
If you're after a day out, Africa Alive at Kessingland is a ten minute drive. Great Yarmouth, with its theme park, is about half an hour. For walking, the Suffolk Coast Path is right on the doorstep.
