This is Rosie Lee By The Sea. It's a terraced cottage on the front at Pakefield, just south of Lowestoft. You look straight out at the sea from the front windows.
It sleeps four people. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is useful. You can bring one dog. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well equipped and comfortable. The living space is open plan. There's a wood burner in the sitting area for cooler evenings.
The back garden is private, with a patio. It's sheltered, which is handy as it can be breezy on the front. The stairs are quite steep, typical for a cottage this age.
You're right on the coast path for walking. The beach is shingle. For a sandy beach, you can drive up to Lowestoft itself, which has the usual seaside things like amusements and fish and chip shops. Great Yarmouth is about twenty minutes drive south if you want more of that.
Close by, Africa Alive at Kessingland is good for a family day out. Somerleyton Hall and Gardens are about a fifteen minute drive inland. The National Trust has a few places in the area like Dunwich Heath.
The facilities are all there: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is on the road outside, it's usually fine but can be busy in summer.
