Fox Cottage is on Hulver Street, which is on the Suffolk side of the border with Norfolk. It's an end-of-terrace cottage, surrounded by fields. You're in the Suffolk and Norfolk Coast & Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty here, so it's very quiet and green.
The cottage is for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. It's not huge, but it's got everything you need.
The garden out the back is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing dogs. It's a lawn, with a patio area. You get the morning sun, so it's nice for a coffee outside.
The kitchen is a decent size to cook in. There's an Everheat stove in the living room for cooler evenings. We provide bed linen and towels. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and parking right outside.
You can bring up to three dogs. There's no extra charge for them.
The nearest shop and pub are about four miles away in Beccles. Beccles is a nice little town on the River Waveney. You can hire boats there, or just walk along the river. They have an open-air lido if you fancy a swim.
Southwold is about a sixteen-minute drive. That's the proper seaside town with the beach huts, the pier, and the Adnams brewery. Lowestoft, with its sandy beaches, is a bit closer in the other direction.
There are loads of footpaths straight from the door for walking. The river's good for fishing if that's your thing. For a day out further afield, the Norfolk Broads are right on your doorstep.
