Wade Hall
Wade Hall is in North Cove, Suffolk. It's a big detached cottage. The main thing to know is it's grade II listed and it has a moat. It's not a fancy moat with water in it, it's dry, but it goes all the way around the house. The garden is inside the moat, so it's very private.
It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean but it's an old place. It has character. There are steep stairs. Two sets of them. There are low beams too. If you're tall, mind your head.
Inside, it's spacious. There are two living rooms, both with fires. One's got a wood burner, the other an open fireplace. The kitchen is separate from the dining room. The dining table seats everyone.
You can bring up to two dogs. The garden is fully enclosed because of the moat, so they can't wander off. There's parking for several cars.
It's a quiet village. There's a local pub you can walk to. Beccles is about ten minutes by car. That's where you'll find the shops, supermarkets, and the river. The coast at Southwold is about twenty minutes away. The Norfolk Broads are close for boats and walks.
Facilities: it's got wifi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and bedding is included. There's a stairgate if you need it.
