Escape To The Chalet is in Kessingland, a couple of miles south of Lowestoft. It's a two-bedroom chalet on a park. It sleeps four. You get your own patio area, and there's a shared bit of grass.
Inside, it's one level. Open plan living, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen has a dishwasher. There's one bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has full-sized bunk beds. It’s got a 4 Star rating, which means it’s comfortable and well-equipped. It’s not huge, but it's fine for a week by the coast.
You can bring one dog. Bedding and towels are included. There's a TV and WiFi. Parking is right outside.
The beach is very close. There's a set of private steps from the park down to it. It’s a good, sandy beach. Kessingland itself has the usual shops and a pub that does food. There's also a restaurant on the seafront.
If you want to explore, Africa Alive is just up the road. Southwold is about a 15-minute drive north. Lowestoft is 10 minutes the other way. Great Yarmouth is maybe half an hour. Pleasurewood Hills theme park is nearby if you've got kids.
For a day out, the Suffolk Coast and Heaths area is right there for walking. Or you can drive into Norfolk for the Broads. Norwich is about 45 minutes if you want a city.
