This is Alula Lodge. It's a two-bedroom lodge on the Broadlands Marina site, just outside Lowestoft in Suffolk. It sleeps four. The rating is 4 Star, so it's well-equipped and comfortable.
The layout is open-plan. The back opens onto a private deck with a big grassy area behind it. It's a good spot to sit out. Inside, there's a double bedroom and a twin room, and one bathroom with a shower cubicle. Everything you'd expect is there: TV, wifi, a washing machine, and the bedding and towels are included.
The site has an indoor pool you can use, and a bar and restaurant. You can watch the boats from there. It's a short drive into Lowestoft itself, about two miles to the beach. There's on-site parking.
You can bring up to two dogs. If you're interested, I also have a beach hut available for hire separately while you're staying.
For local days out, Pleasurewood Hills theme park and Africa Alive wildlife park are close by, about a ten-minute drive. The National Trust has several properties along this coast if you like that sort of thing. The Broads are right on your doorstep for walks or boat trips.
