Country View is in St Erth. It's a Grade II listed cottage, which mainly means it's quite old and a bit low in places. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got a dog or kids.
It sleeps four, plus two children. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, but not modern. The stairs are open tread and they can be slippery with socks on. There's also no handrail on one side going into the first bedroom. The floors aren't all level either, so you need to watch your step.
There's a local shop and a pub a few minutes walk away. The pub does food. Hayle is very close. The beaches there are good, especially if you like a long stretch of sand. The RSPB reserve on the Hayle Estuary is great for birds. For a proper day out, St Ives is about a fifteen minute drive, but parking can be difficult in the summer. Penzance is about twenty minutes the other way.
If you've got children, Paradise Park in Hayle is popular. It's about five minutes by car. For walks, you've got the coast path nearby or you can head inland towards the villages.
In terms of what's here: there's a washing machine, TV, and bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. There's parking.
