Villa 82 Una
This is Villa 82 Una. It's in Carbis Bay, which is just outside St Ives. It's a detached, three-bedroom place done in that reverse-level style, so the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the living area is upstairs.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has an ensuite and doors out to its own decked bit. It’s got a 5 Star rating, so it's well finished. The stairs are fine.
It has its own garden and patio area, and a private hot tub. One of the main reasons people book it is for the shared leisure facilities on site. There's a heated indoor infinity pool with a separate kids' pool, a sauna, steam room, and a gym. You can book spa treatments too for an extra cost.
It's about a five-minute walk down to Carbis Bay beach. It's a good, sandy beach, quite sheltered. You can walk along the coast path into St Ives, which takes about half an hour, or it's a few minutes in the car. St Ives has all the usual shops, galleries like the Tate St Ives, and places to eat.
Within half an hour you can drive to places like Godrevy Head for the views and walks, or over to Marazion for St Michael's Mount. Land's End is about forty minutes away.
Facilities wise: it has parking, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a cot and highchair if needed, and bedding and towels are included. It accepts up to two pets.
