Lodge 74 Una
This is Lodge 74 at Una. It’s on the Una Estate at Carbis Bay, just up the hill from the beach. It’s one of the eco lodges.
It sleeps eight, has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Rated 4 Star. It’s detached and has its own deck with a hot tub. There's parking too.
The main lounge, kitchen and dining area is all open plan. There’s a wood burner. Bedding and towels are included. There’s a washing machine and dishwasher.
As part of the estate, you get use of the shared facilities. That’s a heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and a gym. The Lido outdoor pool is seasonal and closes from November to March. Spa treatments are extra if you want them.
Carbis Bay beach is about a mile away. You can walk down, but it’s a steep hill back up. St Ives is a twenty minute walk along the coastal path, or a five minute drive. Good for the art galleries and the harbour. The Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum are there if that’s your thing.
Within half an hour’s drive you’ve got Godrevy Head for walking, St Michael’s Mount, and Land’s End. For local beaches and walks, the National Trust Cornwall website is useful.
You can bring up to three dogs. There are other properties on the estate if you need more space for a group.
