Number 10
Number 10 is in Matlock. It's a terraced cottage on the edge of a park. You can walk into town through the park, it's flat.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable. The stairs are normal.
The living space is all open plan, with a wood burner. The kitchen leads out to a small, enclosed patio area next to the river.
Matlock town centre is close. There's a shop and a pub about 200 yards away. Matlock Bath is just down the road, it's got a lot of the attractions. The cable car up to the Heights of Abraham is there.
You're on the edge of the Peak District. For walking, you can start from the door. The High Peak Trail and the Monsal Trail are both nearby for cycling. Bakewell is about a 15 minute drive. Chatsworth is maybe 20 minutes.
Included facilities: there's a dishwasher, WiFi, the wood burner, bedding and towels. There's a TV. No pets.
