Linden Cottage
Linden Cottage is our place in Matlock. It's attached to our house but you've got your own front door and a garden that gets the sun.
Sleeps four, two bedrooms. One bathroom with a shower. It’s got a 3 Star rating, which means it's decent and clean but simple.
The view from the front is really good. You look straight across the valley to Riber Castle and the Heights of Abraham. That's nice with a morning cup of tea.
You're about 200 yards from the village shop and a pub. Decent for last minute milk. To get into Matlock town centre, it's a half mile walk down the hill.
Matlock Bath is a mile away. They've got the cable cars up to the Heights of Abraham and Gulliver's Kingdom for kids. We're well placed for driving out to places. Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are about 15-20 minutes by car. Crich Tramway Museum is similar. Carsington Water for sailing or a walk is also close.
For the facilities, the main ones are listed. You've got parking, a washing machine, WiFi, and bedding is included. The garden is yours to use. We can take up to two dogs.
