Holly Bank
Holly Bank is in Crich, on the edge of the Peak District. It's an old farmhouse, detached. You can see down the Derwent Valley from the front garden, and Crich Stand and the Tramway Museum are basically next door.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place. That means it's properly comfortable and well looked after. The main bed is a big kingsize.
There's a local pub and a village shop about 200 yards down the lane. Both are handy.
The place is good for walking without having to drive. For a day out, Matlock Bath is about 15 minutes by car. You can get to Chatsworth, Dovedale, and the main Peak District dales in under half an hour.
For facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking right outside. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
