Holly Bank is in Crich, up on the hill. It's an old farmhouse, detached. The main view is from the front, looking down over the Derwent Valley. It's a good view.
It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything works and it's clean. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed.

You can walk straight from the door. For a drive, Matlock Bath is about 15 minutes away. Chatsworth House is under half an hour. The Peak District National Park sites like Dovedale are within a 30 minute drive.
