The Bungalow
The Bungalow is in Pentrich. It's just off the main road, up from the old schoolhouse. It's detached and you get the whole garden to yourselves. It's mostly lawn with some flower beds. The view from the front is good, you can see right across the valley to Crich.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and everything works, but it's not a show home. It's our bungalow. Everything is on one level, so no stairs to worry about.
The pub is about two hundred yards down the road. They do food. The shop is a mile away in South Wingfield.
You're in a good spot for getting out. The Peak District is right there. Dovedale and Bakewell are about half an hour's drive. Closer to home, Crich Tramway Museum is just up the road, and the Midland Railway Centre is in Butterley. Gulliver's Kingdom is near Matlock for kids.
For facilities: it's got a wood burner, a TV, parking for two cars on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. We accept up to three pets. The garden is enclosed but check the hedges if you've got a dog that's a jumper.
