Keswick Reach is a static caravan on a site in Moota, near Cockermouth. It's detached, so you've got your own space. The site is quiet and looks out over trees and fields.
The caravan sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is good for this type of accommodation. Everything's modern and clean. The decking at the front is glass enclosed, so you can sit out there even if it's a bit breezy. You get a good view.
Facilities are what you'd expect: parking right outside, WiFi, TV, all bedding included. The garden area is enclosed. You can bring up to four dogs.
The site itself is peaceful. For pubs and shops, you'll need to drive. Cockermouth is the nearest proper town, about ten minutes away. It's a nice place to wander, with some good pubs. Wordsworth's birthplace is there if you're interested.
Keswick is about a twenty minute drive. That's where you go for boat trips on Derwentwater, more shops, and the buzz of a busier tourist town.
For walking, you're right on the edge of the Lakes. Whinlatter Forest is close, which has mountain biking trails and waymarked walks. Skiddaw is looming there if you want a big climb. For a family day out, the Lake District Wildlife Park is nearby.
