Meadows Lodge
Meadows Lodge is in Plumbland, Cumbria. It's on a lodge park called Meadows Retreat, so you've got neighbours, but the lodge itself is detached. You get your own enclosed garden and decking area.
It sleeps six. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom is a double with an ensuite shower, the other is a twin. It's all on one floor. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern and clean. The living area is open plan.
The main thing is the hot tub. It's in the enclosed garden on the decking. People seem to like that.
For facilities, pretty much everything's there. Wifi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right outside. You can bring one dog.
Location wise, you're about a twenty minute drive from the coast. Allerdale is the main area. Cockermouth is the nearest proper town, about fifteen minutes by car. It's got shops and places to eat. From there, you're on the edge of the Lake District. Keswick and the northern lakes are within half an hour.
