Deepend is in Dawlish. It's a cottage, so it's a bit older. It sleeps seven. Four bedrooms upstairs, two bathrooms, one of which is downstairs.
The walls are cob. That means they're thick and solid. The rooms are a good size. The layout is a bit quirky because of the age, but it works. You get a garden. It's sunny.
It's got a 3 Star rating. That means it's clean and comfortable, not luxurious. We provide bedding and towels. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Parking is on site. No pets, sorry.
The beach at Dawlish Warren is about a mile away. There's a nature reserve there too, good for a walk. The town centre is close. You've got shops, pubs, and the railway station there. The Lawn in Dawlish is a nice park by the water.
If you want to go further, Exeter is about twenty minutes by train or car. The Exe Estuary Trail is good for cycling. For a day out, you can drive to Dartmoor or the South Devon coast in under an hour.
