Clovelly Rise
Clovelly Rise is a terraced house on a quiet street in Dawlish. It's got a small private garden at the back, which is gated.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, so it's clean and has what you need, but it's not a fancy new build. The second bedroom is quite small, really just big enough for the two single beds.
You can walk to the beach from the house. It takes about ten minutes down to Coryton Cove, or a little longer to get to the main beach by the town. The town has all the usual stuff: supermarkets, cafes, a few places to eat. The famous black swans are on the brook through the park.
Dawlish Warren is about two miles away. The beach there is really good for families, it's massive and Sandy. The nature reserve behind it is good for a walk if you like birdwatching.
Teignmouth is five minutes in the car. They've got a pier and a proper promenade. Shaldon is just over the bridge from there, it's a nice little village with a decent pub by the water.
Exeter is about twenty minutes' drive. You've got the cathedral, the shops, and the quay there.
For facilities, it has a washing machine, a dishwasher, wi-fi, and a TV. Parking is on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a travel cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets allowed, sorry.
