Mamhead View
Mamhead View is a one-bedroom flat on Exmouth seafront. It's on the second floor of a Victorian building. You get the whole flat to yourself. It sleeps three.
The main thing is the view. You look straight out over the sea. The living room and kitchen both face it. It's a proper seafront outlook.
It's a 4 Star place. That means it's well looked after and comfortable. It's not huge, but it's got what you need: a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower over the bath, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and that living room with the view. Bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine too.
You should know there are stairs. It's on the second floor, so there are three short flights up to the flat. No lift.
Location is simple. You're right on the seafront. The beach is about 300 yards away. There's a pub and restaurant 70 yards down the road. A shop for basics is a five-minute walk.
Exmouth itself is good for being outside. The beach is two miles of sand. The South West Coast Path runs right past. You can walk east to Budleigh Salterton or west along the estuary. The Exe Estuary Trail is here for cycling. If you like water sports, it's all here: sailing, paddle boarding, the lot. You can get boat trips from the dock opposite the building.
Within half an hour's drive you've got a fair bit. The Jurassic Coast runs east from Orcombe Point. Topsham is a nice village up the estuary. The heathlands of East Devon are inland if you want a different walk.
No pets, sorry.
