Estuary Court
Estuary Court is in Exmouth. Right by the marina, so you look out over the boats to the estuary. It's a modern house, not an old cottage.
It sleeps eight, across four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and functional. It's mostly about the space and the view.
You've got a patio out the back. There's private parking for one car on the drive.
The living area is open plan upstairs to make the most of the view. There's a balcony off it. The stairs inside are fine, standard.
You're a few minutes' walk from the marina. There are pubs and restaurants there, and you can get on a boat trip with Stuart Line Cruises. The start of the beach is about a ten minute walk. It's two miles of sand when the tide's out.
We take up to two dogs. They can go on the estuary mudflats at low tide, or at the far end of the beach where it's allowed.
Facilities wise: all bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi and a TV. The kitchen has what you need for cooking. The garden is enclosed.
For a day out, Dartmoor is about half an hour's drive. Exeter is easy to get to by train from Exmouth station. Useful links: Dartmoor National Park and Exmouth Town Council for local events.
