Property 4
This is Property 4 in Ventnor. It's one of two barn conversions in a small courtyard, set back in the fields above the town. You get a good view out over the countryside from the garden.
It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, so that helps with the morning queue. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well equipped and comfortable.
The place is reverse level, so the living area is upstairs to make the most of the view. The stairs are a fairly typical cottage spiral, so just mind your head.
You're about a five minute drive down the hill into Ventnor itself. The beach there is a mix of sand and shingle. You can buy fish right off the boats at the harbour. The town has a good few places to eat and some independent shops.
For a day out, Osborne House is about twenty minutes away. Carisbrooke Castle is a similar drive. The Ventnor Botanic Garden is just up the road. Blackgang Chine is close by if you've got children with you.
You can drive to Shanklin or Sandown in under half an hour. Yarmouth and Cowes are a bit further, maybe forty minutes.
In terms of what's here, it's got a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. You can bring one dog.
