Property 3
Property 3 is in Ventnor, up on the downs behind the town. It's one of two cottages in a little courtyard. The views out the back are over open fields, right to the sea. It's very quiet.
It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well finished and has everything. It feels more like a proper house than a basic holiday let.
The garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing a dog. We allow one well-behaved pet. There's parking right there.
Ventnor itself is about five minutes by car. The beach is shingle and sand. The town has a proper high street with some interesting shops and places to eat. The Botanic Garden is there and is worth a visit. Ventnor Botanic Garden.
If you want to explore, Blackgang Chine is close. The Needles and Alum Bay are about half an hour's drive. Carisbrooke Castle and Osborne House are also within that sort of range. English Heritage and English Heritage have the details.
Inside, you've got a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and all the bedding and towels are provided. It's all there.
