Waterside

Waterside is the ground floor apartment in a building on Ventnor Esplanade. It's opposite the beach. You look straight out at the sand and the sea.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's been finished to a high standard, so everything feels new and modern. It's an open plan layout.

The main living space has big windows facing the sea. You can sit out on the front patio right on the Esplanade. There's also a small private patio out the back.

Everything you'd expect is included: bedding, towels, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.

The beach is just across the road. Ventnor itself is a few minutes' walk along the front. There are pubs, restaurants, and a few shops.

For walking, the coastal path is right there. A good walk is along to Steephill Cove, which is pretty. The Visit Isle of Wight site has details of routes. Ventnor Botanic Garden is about a ten minute drive.

If you want a day out, Shanklin Chine and the thatched village at Godshill are within twenty minutes by car. For something bigger, Blackgang Chine or The Needles are about half an hour's drive.
