Overbeach
Overbeach is a chalet in Yaverland. It's on a holiday site, so there are other similar places around, but it's quiet. You've got your own bit of garden space.
It sleeps six but there are only two proper bedrooms. That's because the sofa in the living room folds out into a double bed. Something to be aware of if you're planning who sleeps where. There's one bathroom with a shower.
The place has a 3 Star rating. It's clean and practical. The kitchenette has what you need for basic meals. The living area is open plan.
The beach is about a mile away. Sandown beach is sandy and good for families, with all the usual seaside stuff. The town centre is a bit further, maybe a twenty minute walk, where you'll find shops, cafes, and restaurants.
If you want to explore, the whole island is fairly small. You can drive to Shanklin in about five minutes. Ventnor is about twenty minutes. The Needles and Alum Bay are about forty minutes away. There are some good walks, like along the cliffs from Yaverland.
Facilities: parking is right outside. Bedding and towels are included. There's a TV. You can bring one dog.
