Robins Rest is in Keswick, on the North Norfolk coast about halfway between Cromer and Mundesley. It's a detached house, so no neighbours on the other side of the wall. Sleeps ten, which is four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, so it's a high spec.
The beach is about a five minute walk away. It's sandy and usually quiet. The house itself was newly furnished in 2025. The main living area is open plan, with a wood burner. There's a table big enough for everyone to eat together.
The garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got kids or a dog. There's a hot tub out there. Parking is on the drive.
In terms of facilities, it's got what you'd expect: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
Locally, you've got a shop, a couple of pubs that do food, and a fish and chip shop all within walking distance. For a bigger shop, you'd drive to Cromer or North Walsham.
If you want to explore, Cromer with its pier is about 11 miles east. Sheringham is about 17. Wroxham, for the Broads, is 13 miles south. Norwich is about 21 miles for a proper city day out.
There's good walking from the door along the coastal path. For other days out, you've got National Trust Norfolk Coast places like Felbrigg Hall nearby, and the Norfolk Broads are close.
One thing to note is that while it sleeps ten, it's four bedrooms, so some people will be on sofa beds or bunks. It works well for two or three families sharing.
