This quirky farm cottage has everything you would expect, including stone walls, beamed ceiling and not forgetting the wood burner. Downstairs you look out onto the private garden, and upstairs you can enjoy the uninterrupted views of the countryside. Ideal for a couple who want a romantic getaway, people who just want to relax and chill, or those that want to explore the area and use this as a base.
There is so much to do nearby. The Hall for Cornwall has great productions, just book early to avoid disappointment. For those looking for a more sedate pace of life, St Agnes is worth a visit, with its rugged coastlines, beautiful beach and historic cottages, it is totally unspoilt. The village is 3½ miles away and the beach is a 10-minute drive. This area is popular with walkers and birdwatchers throughout the year.
After a busy day it is lovely to come back and sit in the garden, why not barbecue some fresh fish, and when it gets dark light the fire pit and admire the beautiful skies whilst planning for the next day. Beach 4¼ miles. Pub and restaurant ½ mile.
Labourers Cottage can be booked together with The Annexe to accommodate up to 4 guests.
