Welcome to The Annexe, a first-floor apartment situated between St Agnes and Truro, ideally located for the A30. Perfect for a couple who want a romantic getaway, people who just want to relax and chill, or those that want to explore the area and use this as a base, the property is large enough for a baby or toddler.
There is so much to do nearby. Truro is the city of Cornwall, with cobbled streets that lead you down small alleyways where you will discover quaint independent shops, a beautiful Cathedral, gardens and a wide variety of restaurants and cafés to suit everyone. The Hall for Cornwall has great productions, just book early to avoid disappointment. For those looking for a more sedate pace of life, St Agnes is worth a visit, with its rugged coastlines, beautiful beach and historic cottages, it is totally unspoilt.
The popular beach for families is Perranporth, only a 10-minute drive away, with its long golden sand and plenty of amenities and parking. There are beautiful coastal paths to follow, look out for rare species of birds and enjoy the spectacular views. After a busy day it is lovely to come back and admire the view and plan the next day’s adventure. Beach 4¼ miles. Pub and restaurant ½ mile.
