The Studio At Loe Beach

The Studio is a bright little cottage with a cosy wood burner for the winter and a south facing sun deck for the summer and is a delightful, welcoming, pet friendly property. The Sun deck has magnificent views down the river as does the living/dining room with its large sliding doors. If you are aiming for a cosy winter get away then snuggle up in front of the wood burning stove while enjoying the stunning vista and breathing in that clear Cornish air. The Studio is located off a small open farmyard which has countryside to the rear and side and garden along with sea views to the front.
Loe Beach is a sheltered, watersports haven at the top of the Carrick Roads. During the season there is a busy little café selling a variety of delicious home cooked meals and a vibrant watersports centre where you can rent boats and kayaks or have lessons to learn the basics. Both the café and watersports centre are seasonal. Trelissick Gardens are a 5 minute drive away or a nice walk and from here the tourist hot spots of Falmouth, St Mawes and Truro are all connected via ferry for an enjoyable adventure on the high seas.
The Cathedral City of Truro is in the heart of Cornwall and offers a wealth of facilities for the visitor. Dominated by the stunning cathedral, it is one of the south west’s most attractive cities. Lemon Quay plays host to many events throughout the year including the Cornwall Food & Drink Festival in the Autumn and the famous Truro Fatstock Show just before Christmas. Regular farmers markets occur every Wednesdays & Saturday and there are also arts & craft markets on Saturdays. Beach 0. 1 mile.
