The Stables

Welcome to The Stables, a large 1970s converted stable block offering accommodation for up to six adults and four children in four bedrooms. If you are looking for a comfortable base to explore the beautiful area of The Roseland this offers plenty of living space, however the furnishings and property are dated and a little tired. The kitchen is in the middle of the property with three bedrooms and bathrooms on one side, the living room, dining room, family bathroom and another bedroom with en suite are on the other side. There are three floors so not suitable for people with mobility issues.
What the property lacks in décor is more than made up with the stunning views of the sea across to St Mawes, a short walk will take you to the slipway. Being in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty it is a popular retreat for walkers, the footpaths provide breath-taking views, as well as the chance of spotting seals, herons, buzzards and much more. St Mawes is just across the bay and can be reached by foot ferry, here you can take boat trips, walk to St Mawes castle, and wander around the harbour or spend a day at the beach. Towan beach is a lovely sandy beach ideal for children just and just over a mile away from the property, there are two other beautiful beaches again just over a mile away, Little and Great Molunan a series of coves tucked away in the shelter of St Anthony Head. After a busy day come back and relax in the private courtyard whilst the children and your four legged friends run around the enclosed garden. Beach 1 mile.
