Windsmeet, refurbished for 2022, is a tastefully decorated bungalow with superb sea views and extensive gardens which is an ideal location for family and friends.
It comprises an open plan, well-equipped kitchen/dining room, which any budding chef on holiday will find a joy to cook in. The large living room is relaxing with plenty of light coming through the panoramic windows, taking full advantage of the fantastic sea views. There are three generous sized bedrooms, two with zip and link beds creating more freedom for guests, and one double. A family bathroom and separate shower room complete the interior of this fantastic holiday home. There is a south facing patio with comfortable cushioned furniture perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing with a glass of wine. The substantial garden is mainly laid to lawn with plenty of space for fun with children. There is off-road parking for two cars.
Situated on the private Pedn Moran lane, Windsmeet is a short 5-minute walk from the centre of St Mawes with its pretty harbour area. There is a selection of pubs and hotels to choose from plus a small range of shops, including a chemist, butcher, baker and art and clothes shops. You can also access the passenger ferry to Falmouth. Pedn Moran is also an ideal location for those getting out onto the water. It is also a 5-minute walk to either the St Mawes Sailing Club Quay, Freshwater Boatyard or Polvarth with all their launching facilities. Events on the Roseland reach fever point in August when sailing regattas, carnivals, fayres and fun days take place all over the Roseland and the waters of the Carrick Roads. It is a memorable place for many people who return year after year to enjoy the magic of this beautiful place. Beach ½ mile.
