Aggetts Dawn

Aggetts Dawn is all on one level, although there are almost 40 steps up to the front door from the secure parking area and a similar number down from the High Street. The living/dining room and balcony take in the wonderful seascape from Flushing across Falmouth harbour, the third deepest natural harbour in the world, and on to the Roseland peninsula in the distance.

The well-equipped kitchen will be enjoyed by any budding chef on holiday. The apartment is presented to a high standard by the owner and offers comfortable accommodation for up to four guests in two bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with king size bed which has its own balcony along with an en-suite shower room, with the second bedroom having flexible twin zip and link beds which can be set up as a super king size bed on request. It is an ideal holiday home for a small family, friends, or two couples. Within the development there is small communal garden with seating overlooking the ever-changing inner harbour and private beach. Both this and the private slipway which is close by can be used by guests during their stay and is shared with other residents.

Located within the exclusive Packet Quays waterfront development in the heart of Falmouth. The development takes its name from the famous 17th century Falmouth Packet ships that conveyed post around the world and made Falmouth an information hub second only to London in England. In addition to the stunning views, the apartment is conveniently located with just a short walk down the High Street into Falmouth town centre with its fine choice of shops, restaurants, bars, galleries & other attractions. The Royal Cornwall Yacht Club and Prince of Wales Pier are both nearby with the latter offering boat trips to picturesque St Mawes, on the Roseland Peninsula, Truro or the Helford River as well as the regular ferry across to Flushing. The nearest bars and restaurants are less than a 5-minute walk from your front door. In addition to the private beach, Gyllngvase beach is 1½ miles away.
