Treworga is 1. 5 miles from the peaceful little village of Ruan Lanihorne which sits close to the lowest bridging point over the River Fal. Ruan Lanihorne is a charming village with an historic church dating from the 14th Century and a superb pub. Venture across the bridge towards the magnificent Lamorran Woods and you will undoubtedly see an abundance of wildlife with waders and waterfowl inhabiting the tidal marshes. It is a haven for those wanting to explore and get off the beaten track, yet within easy reach of many attractions. There is an excellent pub at the nearby village of Philleigh, which serves good food. The city of Truro is about a 25 minute drive and has some superb shopping. Beach 3 miles.
