The Bolthole

Welcome to The Bolthole, a fabulous ground floor apartment designed to offer both a relaxing getaway or the ideal base to set forth and explore the many delights this area possesses. The Bolthole is set within Seascape, a modern apartment complex a short distance from some of Newquay’s most amazing beaches and attractions, including the iconic Fistral Beach and Newquay Zoo amongst them. Your holiday home comprises a welcoming open plan living space. The kitchen area has an excellent array of equipment, storage space and all you need for preparing your favourite meal. The living space has super-comfy seating, ideal for settling down for that movie or to immerse yourself in that novel you brought with you. Doors lead to a small private outdoor space with seating, so you can enjoy morning coffee before you depart for the day, or glass of bubbly to celebrate your holiday. The master bedroom is delightful with a kingsize bed and a subtle nautical theme, also with doors leading to the outside space. The second bedroom accommodates one guest in superb comfort and makes a tranquil, peaceful space. The family bathroom has a shower over a bath, so long, leisurely soaks can be enjoyed to the full.
There are several excellent restaurants, cafés and bars close by, with a wonderful choice of tastes and styles to choose from. Superb walks along the picturesque coastal path and out along the headland are just a stroll away, as is the River Gannel, a haven for wildlife. At low tide you can walk across to the unspoilt village of Crantock, with its golden sandy beach which is a mile long and backed by dunes.
Newquay is home to some of the best surfing beaches in Europe and there are many surf schools in the town providing qualified tutors. Newquay also has a working harbour, tropical gardens, a Sea Life Centre, zoo, a links golf course, horse riding, bicycle hire, fishing trips and much, much more.
Further afield along the rugged north Cornwall coastline, beautiful beaches and villages await your arrival, including busy Padstow, with its fine dining and many excellent restaurants, including those of the TV celebrity chef Rick Stein. From surf shops to restaurants, or the all-weather aquarium to golden sandy beaches, your choices for a great day out are endless, the only dilemma is where to go first!
