Fields is located in the hamlet of Trewartha between the picturesque rural village of Veryan and the quintessential Cornish harbour village of Portloe.
The property is comfortably decorated and has an open plan layout with inviting dining, living and kitchen areas, doors from the dining area open onto a patio with far reaching, unobstructed rural views across Gerrans Bay towards the Dodman Head in the distance. A large garden also adds to the feel of being away from it all, there is very little traffic and the peacefulness can wash over you. Two good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the property. A holiday at Fields will tick all the boxes for great views, peace and quiet and value for money. You will be sure to book again.
Situated in the heart of the Roseland Peninsula, Veryan with its unusual roundhouses has a convenience store and a pub, whilst Portloe still has an active fishing fleet. This is big walking country and there is easy access to the coastal footpath with some dramatic walks around Nare Head, Portloe and the Dodman which is slightly further away. For those looking for a great beach, Carne beach with its long expanse of sand is less than 2 miles away and was recently voted one of National Geographic’s top ten beaches in the world. There is a fantastic hotel perched above the beach with offers some great dining experiences. Beach 1 mile.
