Just a 2-minute walk from Looe’s busy harbour and the ferry to East Looe, this is a great spot to access the coastal footpaths to Talland, Polperro, Lantic Bay, Polruan and Fowey. The lower ground floor features a dining room with a large farmhouse table, a TV and a choice of books, whilst the kitchen can cater for all your needs. The entrance hallway, bunk room, bathroom and comfortable living room are found on the middle floor. The top floor houses two lovely double bedrooms and a further single bedroom, all equipped to a high standard, complete with good quality towels and bed linen. The cottage benefits from Wi-Fi broadband, and an allocated parking space in the Millpool car park, which is a 5-7 minute walk away. A handy layby opposite the house is convenient for unloading; there is also the alternative nearby short-term parking, normally available close to the local pub or on the quayside.
So close to the harbour and shops, this historic property offers the perfect base to explore the many pubs and restaurants on your doorstep. It is a joyous spot with the main beach just a hop across the river on a ferry and so many of Cornwall’s wonderful beaches and scenery to discover and explore. Further day trips may take you to the world-famous Eden project, or for a day of excitement for the family, head to Adrenaline Valley and see who is the bravest amongst you.
