Winnow Barn is set in a beautiful valley alongside a quiet lane. The property lies in a courtyard alongside along with other properties. Winnow Barn has a magnificent 45’ open plan living/dining area with exposed roof trusses, original oak lintels and a myriad of windows all with exposed stones showing through the render, varying in size from small slits to large full height panoramics. The large living/dining room was originally used for winnowing, a process where the grain was separated from the much lighter chaff, using a draft created from two open doors at either end of the barn.
