Ideally situated between St Austell and Truro, the property has easy access to the main A390 road, making this a great place to base yourself to explore Cornwall. Attractions nearby include The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charlestown with its harbour and museum, as well as the Roseland Peninsula with its picturesque locations and beaches.
The beautiful Pentewan beach is a ten-minute drive away and Porthpean and Carlyon Bay are also close by. The fishing village of Mevagissey with its working harbour, shops and galleries is also well worth visiting. Beach 4 miles, shop 1 mile, pubs 1 mile.
