Within the popular Millendreath Beach Resort, you will find this cosy, tucked away villa, overlooking a wonderful woodland hillside with views down to the sea. With its own private terrace, perfect for alfresco dining or perhaps a sundowner after a day of adventures, this is an ideal spot just to breathe, kickback and relax. At the pinnacle of a large set of stone steps, you will feel on top of the world, due to the commanding position.
Once inside, an open plan living space greets you, with sofa and twin chairs looking towards the hillside. The kitchen is bright, modern and functional, offering all you need to prepare a hearty feast to light lunch. There is a dining table which seats four. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and hillside views, the other with bunk beds, a perennial children’s favourite. The family bathroom has a bath for a super leisurely soak with electric shower over.
The local area offers many delights, from beautiful beaches to cliff tops and stunning countryside and valley walks. The private beach which belongs to the resort, has a bar looking out to the blue and turquoise waters beyond and the beach has rockpools to explore at low tide. Along with the beach there is a 65-acre private woodland. The well-trod Southwest Coast Path runs through the resort. Away from the resort, picturesque Looe is a must visit with its busy harbour and narrow streets offering cafés and restaurants, pubs and boutique shops. Polperro, famed for its legendary links to shipwrecks and wrecking past, is a pure delight with quaint and colourful cottages. There is an abundance of beaches along this stretch of coastline, where coves and inlets await.
