Sited at the heart of Tintagel, an iconic village with a deep history of legends and myths linking to King Arthur, discover The Lawns, a stylish detached holiday home offering breath-taking views and spacious accommodation in abundance. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and cafes, along with a plethora of cliff top walks, fabulous attractions such as Tintagel Castle and it’s bridge, a feat of modern engineering or Merlin’s Cave.

The Lawns boasts a charming, enclosed garden at the side and rear of the property, including a delightful decking area with super-comfy furniture. There is a private driveway for up to 2 cars. Once inside, there is a modern open-plan living space with superbly equipped kitchen, including Range cooker, American style fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and wine cooler! From here too, open the stable door and look straight towards the rugged cliff top.

The dining room is bright and airy whilst the living area is designed for one thing…relaxation! It comprises of two super sofas, one in a corner style, large wall mounted TV and wood burning stove, perfect for when the Atlantic Ocean whips up a storm outside! A further dining room, with heavy oak table and exquisite lighting along with a warm and sunny conservatory with solid bench style seating. The wide staircase with its super-soft carpeting underfoot, take you to the first floor, with 4 bedrooms, all with classy décor and beautifully decorated to encourage a great nights’ sleep before tomorrow’s intrepid adventures! Two king size bedrooms, one with TV along with two single rooms, ideal for young guests or single guests provide flexibility in comfort.

The family bathroom has bathtub, with rainfall shower above. There is a further downstairs cloakroom and utility room space. Wherever your day leads you, to Port Isaac, famed for a certain TV Doctor, or Boscastle, quite beautiful with its quint cottages and harbour, to the beaches along the coast, renowned for their stretches of golden sand or inland to brooding Bodmin Moor, you can return to The Lawns and the warmest of welcomes.
