Summerleaze is a very stylish and extremely well-appointed detached lodge benefiting from a wrap-around decking, which is accessed via the living room’s bi-fold doors, with outdoor seating so you can enjoy al fresco dining or a relaxing evening drink in the fresh Cornish air. There’s an airy open plan living space with comfortable furniture, Freeview Smart TV and an electric fire. Through some French doors you’ll find the second living room/sun room, where you can close the doors to the living area and enjoy a peaceful moment with your favourite book and a drink in hand, or open up the patio doors and let the sun in. There are two bedrooms, a twin and a kingsize with a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room. Then there’s a family bathroom comprising a bath with shower over. Outside there is an allocated parking space and additional on-site spaces too.
Located within a well maintained and presented small resort, the lodge is just a short easy walk from Northcott, Mouth, Crooklets and Summerleaze beaches. The resort also benefits from private access to the South West Coastal Path which gives direct easy access to the beaches and is perfect for experiencing those spectacular cliff top walks. Located within easy walking distance from Bude Town Centre. Bude has a superb golf course, indoor swimming pool, bowling alley/indoor play area and a heritage centre at Bude Castle. It also has a good selection of local shops, supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants and an excellent information centre.
Summerleaze is also perfectly located for you to discover the many natural delights that North Devon has to offer, such as Exmoor National Park with its magical night skies in Europe’s first ’Dark Sky Reserve’, the many rugged coastal towns and quaint villages such as Hartland, Lynton & Lynmouth, Ilfracombe and the world-famous Clovelly Village with their awe-inspiring scenery. There are plenty of family-oriented places to visit including Exmoor Zoo, Milky Way Adventure Park, The Big Sheep farm-themed park and many others.
