Nautilicious is a comfortable waterside terraced house located close to the town’s historic quay and its many shops, restaurants, and lovely Victoria Park.
The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, a super king, and a zip & link twin with a family bathroom with bath and shower attachment plus a large shower cubicle on the first floor. On the ground floor you’ll find a spacious lounge with a Smart TV, DVD player and an electric fire. There’s a snug with an additional TV and DVD player which leads into the separate dining room and kitchen with everything you’ll need for your stay including a dishwasher. Off the kitchen is also a handy downstairs toilet and shower. The rear garden is accessed either via the kitchen or dining room and is a truly pleasant place to be with lovely river views from the raised deck, a perfect place to relax and unwind with a drink, book, or a hearty al-fresco meal.
Bideford is the second largest town in North Devon with plenty to see and do with a lovely river front and port, which was once Britain’s third largest. Beaches, such as Westward Ho! and Instow are firm favourites locally and are only a short distance away, and the Southwest Coastal Path is a must for keen walkers and runners, as is the popular Tarka Trail, which stretches for 180 miles and can be accessed via the same side of the river. It provides the unique opportunity to follow a disused railway line by foot or bicycle, allowing you to enjoy some of Devon’s finest countryside and river views and enjoy various treats along the way through Instow, Fremington Quay and onto Barnstaple, North Devon’s historical regional centre.
