Little Dartmoor View is an annexe to the owners rural home. Recently renovated, the property is now a cosy holiday home, perfect for a couple looking for a great place to return to at the end of a busy day exploring the delights of Devon. The layout has been well thought out and there are delightful views from the living room and exterior decking over the owner’s gardens and out to Dartmoor in the distance. The popular village of Chulmleigh is approximately 3 miles away, with its pretty thatched cottages and narrow streets, there are also local shops, pub, a golf course and takeaway to be enjoyed.
The popular market town of South Molton 8 miles away has a weekly farmers’ market, and a variety of shops, antique and curio shops, pubs and restaurants. Barnstaple is 16 miles and has a theatre, cinema and leisure activities, as well as places of interest including the Museum of North Devon, Pannier Market, 14th-century St Anne’s Chapel and 18th-century Queen Anne’s Walk. Tiviton is 13 miles, while Chawleigh is 2 mliles with shop, post office and pub. Other family attractions in the area include RHS gardens at Rosemoor, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Kilarney Springs, Exmoor Zoo and Dinosaur Park.
