The house is located close to Dunsford tea rooms, the village pub, post office and shop. With two living rooms, a large kitchen and a sun room there is plenty of space to hide. The house even has four entrances. The kitchen is very well equipped, with an Aga and electric oven for cooking and a full range of appliances, with a large dining table, perfect for cooking and enjoying a home cooked meal after a day exploring Devon. The two cosy living rooms each have a wood burner. On the ground floor there is a utility room, shower room and two bedrooms . Upstairs is a family bathroom and three well-furnished bedrooms .
